Allen S. Parsons, 47, Main Street, Falmouth; operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license–subsequent offense, brakes violation on January 15 in Mashpee; bail set at $200; pretrial set for March 2.

Shaun Curran, 31, Kathy Ann Lane, Falmouth; noisy and disorderly housekeeping on August 22, 2015, in Falmouth; pretrial set for February 17; released on personal recognizance.

Alissa Halstead, 21, Heritage Circle, East Falmouth; shoplifting by asportation on September 12, 2015, in Falmouth; sentenced six months’ probation.

Sawyer G. Fallin-Hornsberger, 23, Woods Hole Road, Falmouth; operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol greater than .08, marked lanes violation, speeding leaving the scene of property damage on September 21 in Falmouth; operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol greater than .08, sufficient facts found but continued without a finding until January 18, 2017, ordered into alcohol treatment program, loss of driver’s license for 45 days; marked lanes violation, found not responsible; speeding, found not responsible.

Jeffrey M. Barrows. 50, Blacksmith Shop Road, Falmouth; two counts of violating a municipal ordinance for failure to dock or moor a vessel without first obtaining authorization on August 18 in Falmouth; first count to be dismissed upon payment of $100 in court fees; second count to be dismissed upon request of the commonwealth.

Devin J. Cunningham, 19, Raymond Street, Falmouth; assault with a dangerous weapon, civil rights violation, assault and battery, disorderly conduct, threatening to commit a crime on December 22 in Falmouth; pretrial hearing set for February 3; released on personal recognizance.

Joanne M. Asdot, 34, Mariners Circle, Cotuit; shoplifting by asportation, trespassing on December 9 in Falmouth; pretrial set for February 24; released on personal recognizance.

Michael L. Guerin. 40, Emerald Way, Forestdale; assault with a dangerous weapon on January 7 in Falmouth; released on personal recognizance; pretrial set for March 3.

Eric Dewitt, 52, Seacoast Shores Boulevard, East Falmouth; operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, failure to dim headlights on October 25 in Falmouth; operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, to be dismissed upon payment of $100 court costs, failure to dim headlights, found not responsible.

James R. Butler, 70, Scranton Avenue, Falmouth; operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license–subsequent offense on January 10 in Falmouth; pretrial hearing set for March 17, released on personal recognizance.

Prince S. Wright, 38, Tanglewood Drive, East Falmouth; operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license on June 3 in Falmouth; continued without a finding and under probation until July 2016.

Prince S. Wright, 38, Tanglewood Drive, East Falmouth; operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license on April 20 in Falmouth; probation to run concurrent with above sentence, ordered to pay $150 in attorney fees.

Frank S. Garcia, 70, Sandwich Road, East Falmouth; violation of an abuse prevention order on May 27 in Falmouth; pleaded guilty and charges filed until June 3, 2016.

Robert Keough, 37, Mount Ida Road, Dorchester; receiving stolen property over $250 on May 5 in Falmouth; charge dismissed for failure of witness to cooperate and ordered to pay $150 in attorney fees.

Matthew S. Look, 35, Redbrook Road, East Falmouth; operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license on December 4 in Falmouth; pretrial hearing scheduled for March 2.

Shafeena Rahman, 41, Cappawack Road, Mashpee; operating under the influence of liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle, marked lanes violation on November 27 in Falmouth; operating under the influence of liquor, sufficient facts found but continued without finding until January 20, 2017; negligent operation of a motor vehicle, dismissed at the request of the commonwealth; possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle, not responsible; marked lanes violation, not responsible.

Sergei K. Lang, 19, Ava Lane, East Falmouth; unregistered motor vehicle, uninsured motor vehicle on December 23 in Falmouth; unregistered motor vehicle, not responsible; uninsured motor vehicle, dismissed at the request of the commonwealth.

Court J. Damon, 21, Breezy Way, Mashpee; disorderly conduct, resisting arrest on July 23 in Falmouth; disorderly conduct, dismissed at the request of the commonwealth; resisting arrest, sufficient facts found but continued without finding until April 24.
