Reports are picked up daily from Falmouth District Court. There are not always arraignments and dispositions relevant to Mashpee each day. The courthouse was closed on Monday, January 18, 2016, for Martin Luther King Jr. Day.

Nilva D. Alves, 60, Mark Lane, Hyannis; unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, state highway traffic violation on December 14 in Mashpee; pretrial set for February 7; released on personal recognizance.

Thomas Burton, 19, Old County Road, East Sandwich; breaking and entering for misdemeanor on November 15 in Mashpee; pretrial set for February 9; released on personal recognizance.

Ronald D. Lavallee, 26, Sandlewood Drive, Cotuit; shoftlifting by asportation on October 28 in Mashpee; pretrial set for February 23. Released on personal recognizance.

Peter D. Campagna, 24, Truro Road, Mashpee; possession of Class B drug, Suboxone on January 16 in Mashpee; pretrial set for February 3; released on personal recognizance.

David J. Ahern, 25, Mutiny Way, Mashpee; unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, unregistered operation of a motor vehicle on December 30 in Mashpee; unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, to be dismissed upon payment of court fees; unregistered operation of a motor vehicle, dismissed upon request of the commonwealth.

Bernadine A. Pocknett, 76, Main Street, Mashpee; assault with a dangerous weapon, threatening to commit a crime, assault and battery on a police officer on December 27 in Mashpee; pretrial hearing scheduled for March 4, released on personal recognizance.

Tyrone Brunson, 23, Short Way, Sandwich; operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license on December 14 in Mashpee; pretrial hearing scheduled for March 18, released on personal recognizance.

Shafeena Rahman, 41, Cappawack Road, Mashpee; operating under the influence of liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle, marked lanes violation on November 27 in Falmouth; operating under the influence of liquor, sufficient facts found but continued without finding until January 20, 2017; negligent operation of a motor vehicle, dismissed at the request of the commonwealth; possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle, not responsible; marked lanes violation, not responsible.

Jeremy Robbins, 22, Santuit Pond Road, Mashpee; indecent assault and battery of a child under 14 (two counts) on February 1, 2014 in Mashpee; first count, guilty plea, placed on probation until January 20, 2020, subject to GPS monitoring and sex offender counseling and ordered to have no contact in a public place with victim or any person under the age of 18 who is not a relative; second count, dismissed at the request of the commonwealth.

Rodolfo F. Morais, 28, Beech Street, Dedham; unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle on December 19 in Mashpee; dismissed upon payment of $100 in court costs.

Nathan C. Bickford, 28, Highpoint Road, Marstons Mills; miscellaneous motor vehicle equipment violation, failure to stop for police, speeding on December 21 in Mashpee; miscellaneous motor vehicle equipment violation, not responsible; failure to stop for police, dismissed upon payment of $100 in court costs; speeding, not responsible.

Court J. Damon, 21, Breezy Way, Mashpee; disorderly conduct, resisting arrest on July 23 in Falmouth; disorderly conduct, dismissed at the request of the commonwealth; resisting arrest, sufficient facts found but continued without finding until April 24.
