European Court reports

Reports of Cases before the Court of Justice and the Court of First Instance or the European Court Reports provide the only authentic texts of judgments of the Court of Justice and opinions of the Advocates General.
The cases are published by date of the judgments.
ECJ cases are reported in Section I, those from the CFI in Section II. Since 1994, staff cases are separately published in Reports of European Community Staff Cases (ECR-SC).
Our EDC receives this collection in all official languages except for Swedish and Finnish - CE/04.01.00 021 ZREC
Recent case law can be found on the website of the Court of Justice which contains Opinions and Judgments of the Court delivered since June 1997.
