Overnite Court Reporters is the only court reporting firm in the Washington, DC area that delivers all transcripts overnight....at no extra charge.

Company Profile

The Overnite Court Reporting Service specializes in immediate transcript delivery for depositions, court cases and arbitrations in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. All transcripts are taken by highly trained and specialized court reporters using the latest in computerized equipment. All work is transcribed in real time, which allows us to deliver your transcripts overnight.

Most court reporting firms offer a standard delivery of about 2 weeks and then have a complicated menu of steeply increased prices depending on whether you want the transcript in one week, 5 days, 3 days, 2 days or overnight. The fee for overnight delivery is commonly double the 2-week rate.

We offer only one service: Overnight. Our price for this premium service is comparable to what our competitors charge for their 2-week delivery. There is no extra charge for the overnight delivery. By using Overnite, you can now get all your transcripts immediately without having to pay extra for them.

You can even plug into our computer and get a real time feed of the testimony as it is occurring.

We have been in business for 38 years and, since we made the decision to deliver all our transcripts overnight, we have been hired to work on many of the major cases in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area, including the largest civil case in the history of the United States.

We are large enough to handle all your needs, but small enough to give you the personal attention that you deserve. We invite you to call the next time you need a court reporter.
